Ok, I am not 100% certain here for CFEclipse as it might not work with multi-server although I don't see any technical reason why it wouldn't.
As you have Builder installed, did you create the Server via the Server View or did you just try to connect with the RDS section in the preferences. The reason I ask is that when setting up a server is that it setup other information like the Admin details to the Jrun for example.
