I made a website for my brothers band, www.mastercab.be, and I'm connecting to there Facebook page to get the wall posts they made and display them on there website.
You'll need to create a Facebook app to get an access_token, but I believe you've already done that. Below a link to the code I'm using to connect to Facebook and display the posts. Well if you need the reverse then the activity or news feed is maybe what your looking for, but wall posts are out of the question.
