only the wildcard handler works, the regular script maps which point to JRUN_IIS6.dll do not work at all. Try disabling the wildcard handler and see what happens. Why these are even created I do not know, my guess would be left over legacy support for IIS5, but then one has to wonder why the file is called JRUN_IIS6.dll
