I don't think the ColdFusion built in web server is capable of this sort of setup, and you may have to look at IIS or apache and setup the web connectors.
Secondly, the wwwroot in ColdFusion is not really the ideal place that I would store my projects. And I would maybe look at moving these to somewhere else on the Hard Drive and set up IIS or Apache to look at those folders.
