always good to see a new community in another country, well done, but too many dispersed communities does have a negative effect over all as people do not communicate or collaborate with each other, so I would suggest working in conjunction with existing communities and sharing resources, lists, discussion groups etc rather than starting a whole new set, remember that most things are global and not country specific.
