Hi Martin,

always good to see a new community in another country, well done, but too
many dispersed communities does have a negative effect over all as people
do not communicate or collaborate with each other, so I would suggest
working in conjunction with existing communities and sharing resources,
lists, discussion groups etc rather than starting a whole new set, remember
that most things are global and not country specific.

For example, for collaboration I run a Google Apps over at
www.cfmldeveloper.com which is open to EVERYONE and as well as free gmail
gives users the added bonus of being to collaborate within the same domain
and share docs, code, use the peer review system, chat, etc.
You may also find some other useful resources on these 2 sites which will
save you some work.
