I've considered IDEA. Is it overkill or, rather, heavy on features that aren't usable for someone who codes in HTML, CF, jQuery, CSS 5 and does no pure JS app coding or mobile apps coding. I code hybrid web apps.
IDEA just seems to be too heavy on the JS side for my work. I'm not looking so much for language support as an IDE that works they I want. There's not one under the sun that I've found so far, even after 15 years of searching. -----Original Message----- From: Dave Merrill [mailto:enigm...@gmail.com] Sent: Saturday, May 12, 2012 11:42 PM To: cf-talk Subject: Re: Best IDE for cfscript I'm with Matt, IDEA is great. In many ways, big and small, it increases my productivity and code quality, and just improve the experience of coding all around. It's not without its warts, but it's improving all the time. I'd never go back.
