Has any one done any integration with ZenDesks API that they care to share? I am just looking for the basics, actually, I would be happy with an example of how to 'create' a ticket from a web form submission and then I think I can figure the rest out from there.. Anyways, thought I would check here before I dive in (nothing on riaForge..).
