Funny you should say that, we're currently in the process of moving all our hosting to them.
So far I've found them very good. The support system is responsive and the staff are friendly and know their stuff. We're only at the start of our relationship with them but so far the signs are very good. We're going with 2 Managed VPS servers not their hosting accounts but the support you receive will be the same.
