I'm going to venture a guess and say that (a lot) more information is
necessary.

What kind of requests are coming through 51011?
What should they resolve to?
What is happening?
Error messages?
Other interesting behavior?

Or, perhaps better questions...

What are you expecting to happen that isn't happening?
What is happening that you don't expect to?
