Hi Andrew,
I've check /cfide, it isn't removed.
It's exist even because other web sites needs /cfide are still working 
as ever.

The test server and production server are LAMP, running Apache and 
having the same configuration.
I wonder if there some difference in cfusion server settings... I dunno..
