Adobe doesn't sell CF9 on it's own any more, so you probably won't find a page like that anywhere. Maybe there's something in the Internet Archive?
http://archive.org/web/web.php I'd be pretty surprised if RHEL6 was on the list of officially supported OS's, but my guess is that it would work just fine. Most of the integration is done via the connector and Apache 2.2 is used on both versions.
