If they're both deployed in the same container, and you're using J2EE sessions (which it appears you are), they'll share the same session variables, and you can just refer to them in JSP like you would any other session variables. If they're not both deployed in the same container, you'd need to write something in CF to expose the variable values, and something in JSP to fetch the CF page via HTTP.
