no host will give you access to the cfadmin on shared hosting, if you want this then you need dedicated server/vps or use Railo instead which gives you Railo Web admin to do everything. ODBC data sources can be added in any hosting control panel, but they do not work with ColdFusion anyway, you must use a ColdFusion (JDBC) DSN.
