Jon, having my own license wouldn't really help. They're already using my old license and have the app. hosted internally, but they want to go with outside hosting so they can access the app. from anywhere without having to VPN into their network. (plus the database is stored on their hosting companies servers because the same database also drives the PHP pages that their clients access so the CF server is actually VPN'ing onto the web server to create the data connection and it keeps timing out) Their hosting company said it can't just use their existing license because their web servers are clustered and it would require more than one license so buying another license won't really help me any. (personally, I think they just want to be able to make a profit off of the licensing costs since they're quoting $ 7,000. per license and I've seen them listed for just over $ 5,000. online) But thanks for the offer anyway, Jon and for your advice as well.
