Thanks guys. We use Hackmysite and love it. we've got all the security hotfixes patched, so we're good on that. I'm assuming, but want to get your take, that installing the cumulative hotfixes will not over-write previously installed hotfixes. that would seem to be an obvious thing to avoid, but just want to make sure.
