Bruce, If you can make it through the first two weeks using CFBuilder, you probably won't look back at Dreamweaver (at least for ColdFusion coding). I was a long-time Dreamweaver user before switching to CFBuilder 2. After a couple of weeks, I never opened Dreamweaver again. And that was despite some of the little quirks of CFBuilder/Aptana. The CFBuilder 3 beta seemed to be pretty solid (Adobe ripped out Aptana and rewrote the HTML/JS/CSS/CFML parser, code insight, code completion stuff), and is much faster and free of the quirks that annoyed me. Plus you can add in any Eclipse plugins that are useful to you (I like the MXUnit and EGit plugins for Unit Testing and Git interactions, respectively).
