I have never been a fan of the sync in CFB, I have always used Scooters Beyond Compare. The main reason is that most sync's in IDE's like this don't allow for the line differences in the files, I haven't used dreamweaver for a long time either and I doubt Adobe would have put that sort of feature into Dreamweaver, but I could be wrong.
