We are seeing an issue where ColdFusion 10 Enterprise running on Windows Server 2008 R2 processes the same request more than once, sometimes as many as 5 times. This is occurring on both GET and POST requests. The weird thing is that the requests recur at an exact interval; for example, in one case, a new request started every 18 seconds. This is resulting in multiple payments being processed, or files being imported multiple times. This is an intermittent issue; it does not happen every time we run the request, making it hard to duplicate.
