While there is only one user account, there are potentially many connections, so the fact that it's only one user is irrelevant - you still have concurrency issues. You also have other problems, such as the inability of Access to perform routine table maintenance while the database is being used by CF. For example, the space originally allocated for records isn't reclaimed properly when the records are deleted.
