It's actually a browser issue, usually to do with the speed of connection or
how the browser is handling itself (cache and memory)
CF will happily spit the data to the browser, but if it doesn't receive it,
CF doesn't really care that much, it's done it's job
Regularly clear out the cache and don't have about 30 items open (esp in
Win9x)
