I checked out voxeo.com but didn't walk away with anything upstairs. I'll go 
back ... but while we're on the subject check out.

They are all doing vXML stuff. And in theory what you do for one should be 
good for the others, although of course there will be issues.

I played around, and had some pretty neat stuff up in short order. I may 
have my own playground, if any

The downside of Voxeo is that it is a hook to their service, not a program
or licensed product.
