At the very least, check the mappings in your SOURCE attributes. To me, they look
*very* shaky. Not knowing where in the tree your frameset file is, nor exactly how
your web server mappings are set up, I can't be definitive, but I'd suggest at the
very least, you use a URL relative to the server root, as opposed to relative to the
frameset. Consequently, you'd lose the ../../../Inetpub/wwwroot and keep
/dashboard_wip.
I'd suggest that if you did so, you'd probably have no more issues. I have developed
several CF and Spectra sites that are currently live and they all work fine using this
methodology.
