share in cash)
and bTW MM shares were down from $44 - 39 on the news, and MM beat the
streets estimates, but analysts feel the news of the merger and the sales
numbers is confusing.

Yippeeeeee ..... :-( Orfao and Gerth and the ALLaire boyz sold this thing
co. the river. Problems must have been bigger than we thought with the
Spectra sales channel or something ..... $11.8 per share? WT Hell is that?
