Well, technically it's not calling a cfm script within the same HTML page,
but you could use a floating frame or layer depending on the browser to call
a cfm template.

You can set the server to parse .htm and .html files through the CFAS and
then use CFINCLUDE.
Beyond that, there is no way I can think of.
