OK, I've been up all night writing up a few things. The first is a scanner
which will make sure the list is up and if not, restart it. The second is an
archive of ALL posts as they go through the system. If you have a question
as to when a message got to the system, this is where you'll find the
answer. Yes, I know its raw and needs more work but what do you want for one
night. :)
