Hello,
First off I do not know how to disable the back button, but I have a
workaround for your problem.
If you do a JavaScript "Replace" of the location instead of a link you
replace THIS pages entry in the browser history instead of adding a new
entry with the next page.. so when the user presses "Back" he/she is
returned to the page before THIS page =)
