Thanks for the ideas. I am going to turn it on at the top, off
that the bottom like I planned. Then if I ever have to call the
tag from a page that has it on, I will just turn it back on right
after the call to the tag (since the tag will turn it off).
But I wish there was a better solution for this... Like cfsetting
only affecting the local scope (only within the custom tag), or
at least being able to detect the current setting.
