Some COM objects have a method for killing the instantiation, some will
allow you to set their value to "Nothing" or Nothing, some will allow you to
set their value to "", and some have no method for doing this from
ColdFusion. It depends on your COM Object.

Subject: Releasing COM Objects from Memory

Anyone know a good way to force CF to release a COM object from memory when
we are finished with it?
