you can set CFSCHEDULE to send out the mail whenever you want.

I need to broadcast some e-mail messages. I need to send them to multipe
addresses that are in a database using cfmail. I'd like to put some delay
in between sending out those e-mail. Is there any function I can utilize in
CF? Or does it have to be done on the mail server end?
