Have you checked the mail server settings? We had this happen once
too. After digging around we found out that someone somewhere change
some settings on the mail server ( changed the damn ip even!) and no
mail from CF apps was sent. They even changed the requirements on the
from field which caused all our apps to break.

Recently it seems our email service is now failing. We have always
used the tag
cfmail and had no problems, but now it is not working. The syntax has
not been c
hanged, and if we go to the cold fusion administrator and do a verify
on the mai
l server, it verifies successfully.
We are running cold fusion 4.01 on an NT server.
