You need whole dates that are an hour different... not just the "Hour()"
part. Use CreateODBCDateTime to create a date that's an hour behind the
current hour, and then say "WHERE createdate >= #HourPastDate# AND
createdate <= #CreateODBCDateTime(Now())#" or somesuch. Don't quote me on
exact syntax - it's early here and I haven't had a full cup of coffee yet.
