yes FreeBSD has excellent Linux emulation..
Sparing of details it is possible and I have done it
and the software runs stably.
Just like The software that all the special effects of
the matrix was written for Linux but used on FreeBSD
to do the Matrix.
Works well, works faster than Linux in most cases..
not to start a flamewar etc.. but yes its possible..
But... why?
I only know about FreeBSD not Open/Net/BSD OS :)
