My favorite is the Practical SQL Handbook by Judith S. Bowman and others,
published by Addison Wesley. It's got some good coverage of relational DB
design and a lot of useful, easy-to-understand info on SQL queries (joins,
grouping, subqueries), views, transactions.

Subject: DB construction...

I don't have much of a knowledge of databases other than what I read in
Forta's CF book. Could someone suggest a good book/website that you would
recommend for understanding DB construction/relationships/etc and what it
means in a practical use? Anything specific to CF would be great, but also
I'm looking for info in general on SQL statements, relationships, etc.

Thanks!
