I have some text, and in this text there may or may not be URLs. Some of these URLs may already be inside of an A HREF tag while others may not. I need a regular expression that will find all the URLs (starting with http:// or www. or email addresses) that are not already inside of HREF tags and make them into valid HREF tags while leaving the URLs already inside a HREF tag alone...
