Originally, this thread was about naming downloaded files using "fake" URLs.
I don't use Fusebox, so I don't have anything to say about Fusebox style
URLs. Using "fake" URLs to name files for downloading purposes doesn't work
on NT 4 SP6 or later. Thanks for pointing that out.
