what is the recommended steps to get to 4.5.1sp2? Does one have to start
with 4.5, go to 4.5.1, then sp1 and then sp2 or can you just start with sp2?
Or should I just download the 4.5.1sp2 from the allaire site and use that
version?
Any ideas.
