The basics for setting up iMS are:
- Download and install iMS
- Download and install FusionMail
- Set up a datasource for the included Access DB (which you can also upscale
to SQL Server)
- Configure MX records in your DNS
- Configure the DNS servers for iMS to use
- Restart the iMS services
BTW - FusionMail is a freeware set of ColdFusion templates that provide
regular email and webmail services.
If you have any specific questions then please let me know. There are also
several experienced users on the iMS list.
