No, just an inefficient top-to-bottom processing scheme at work. Whenever I
see a message that I think would benefit from an answer, I either answer it
immediately or, if I don't have time, I flag it for later processing.
Sometimes, that means much later!

Because, it's hard to do that through the internet.

Seriously, though, it's important to nail these things down. Otherwise,
we'll just see the same questions and answers over again. Besides, if you
thought that the lack of double-quotes was causing a problem, chances are
there's something else there that you'd need to look at to really solve your
problem.
