When you set up your DSN in the CF admin you can give a server name. Just
provide that along with all of the other information required to access a
SQL DB and you're up and running.
I'm running Enterprise so I'm not sure if the pro and/or single server
versions have native SQL drivers, not sure on that, but if so it's a piece
of cake.
