Thank you Joby for your help.   Thank you Ethan, Dylan, and Min too.  It does delete 
the cookie if I don't use
<cflocation...>.  I totaly forgot about the problem of using <cfcookie...> on the same 
page where there is a
<cflocation...>.--Nathan
