I haven't tried this (server is down at the moment), but you might be able
to send a Disposition-Notification-To header with a CFMAILPARAM tag.
Something like:


    <CFMAILPARAM
        NAME="Disposition-Notification-To"
        VALUE="[EMAIL PROTECTED]">
