I for one use <cfincludes> that contain Javascript inside a <script> tag and
it works OK.
Whats the Error you are getting? and Can you give an Example.

Any experience of this problem?
I keep getting javascript errors when I seperate mouseover graphics within
two cfincludes of my index page.
My javascript function is within index as usual, I would have thought as
this is all being pulled together as one page this would have worked fine.
