Why don't you try it ? All it takes to setup auto run is a simple text
file called "autorun.inf"
I've only seen it open EXE's but you might work it out with an HTM file
by using the file associations.
If not you could try something like running Internet Explorer something
like "c:\program files\internet explorer\iexplore d:\myHTMFile.htm"

They request the index.html to be autorun once they load the cd into the
cdrom drive..
so.. can we actually do this??
