You can disable any type of form fields, and it provides backwards
compatibility to NS3 and above. You can also set up dependencies, which
allow you to basically create a rule like: "Require an e-mail address, if
the custom wants to receive e-mail notification." That way you only have to
require the e-mail addy if they check that option...

Subject: disabling form fields
I would like to enable/disable some fields on a cf driven web form based
on the setting of a check box (if you check "use above address" you are
not able to enter an address below). I played around with some
javaScript, but could not figure out how to make this happen. Any tips or
sample code would be much appreciated.
