Ok here's the skoop, I edit my code, click the save, or do the key
sequence, and then click the browse tab, and the page is displayed with the
updated Code, NO refresh has been initiated at all, And I can NOT figure
out what setting this is, to allow this to happen.
Does any one know what setting this maybe.
