Yes, I have encountered this exact scenario before and it drove me crazy for weeks. It turned out to be that if the user clicked back then submitted again the URL variables were doubled - this produced this error and the url line looked something like.....(don't remember exactly but I am sure you get the drift) http://www.site.com/cflocationpage.cfm?name=me?name=me Try to replicate it using this behavior and check the url line if you get it.
