I can't help on the other methodologies but, being a full-time FuseBox fan,
I can tell you that getting started with it can be a bit tedious. It's not
difficult at all but does require wrapping your mind around the concepts
(there's more to it than comments here usually suggest) and then expanding
them to suit your needs if desired. Once I really started taking advantage
of all it offers I found myself being a LOT more productive overall.
