Dear all,

I have also noticed their support service has gone down hill since
hostcentric took over. I've had an account there for about a year now and
its been a roller coaster ride to say the least. Sometimes I do not even
get responses to my support mails.

Just my 2 pence worth.

Martin.

PS. Maybe we should CC this to their customer service division it might
improve service for all of us...we are, after all, their primary clientele.
