I don't know if CF can do it without anything from the db, but I know I've
seen a lot of apps (including my own) where you put a column in the tables
"DateUpdated" or something to that effect, then all of your data access code
just updates this column every time it changes the data. then you can see
the last change made time or date..

Is there a way for cf to see when a certain database was last modified?
Wanting to show last updated date to site content and product information on
front page and think being able to see when the database was last modified
