Are you having problems with your NT4 server? I'm a firm believer in not
upgrading unless you have to.

I've been running a Win2K server here (until recently but that is a hardware
issue not a software issue) and it ran very well. It was also easier to
install than NT4. I did have one issue with the server where it would refuse
external HTTP requests for no reason and did have to be rebooted.
